Our values are at the very heart of what distinguishes us from all others. We have the carer that will work with you to achieve the goal rather than just tell you the available options, we are here to suit your needs.

We work closely with our local councils, NHS foundation trusts and private clients responding at a short notice with skilled staff.

The areas we are currently operating in include Newham, Waltham Forest, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Barking and Dagenham, Romford, Redbridge as well as Essex and Southeast of England.

All staff are DBS checked, have satisfactory references, and qualifies for their allocated role.

Our staff maintain their continuous professional developments with our regular supervision programmes and bespoke on-going training to ensure their skills and working practices are up to date and evidence based.

Shaymaa Salim Al-Riyami – our fountain of knowledge and experience in managing and delivering services within law and healthcare for over seventeen years. Shaymaa has very high standards regarding the quality of care and is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.

Shaymaa says, “I am grateful to be in a position of making a difference in people’s lives, one life at a time. I have an open-door policy to welcome anyone that wishes to have a chat about anything that comes to mind, listening to each other is the first step in effective communication.”
Shaymaa joined our team to ensure the standards of our quality management ensures compliance with the Care Quality Commission.

Latifa Mohamed – our solid foundation in the day to day running of Nursing service, with a wealth of knowledge in people and services management for over twenty-two years. Latifa is a people’s person, she is highly trained in the day-to-day management of the people and our organisation. Latifa keeps challenging the healthcare status quo to ensure we deliver to our clients no matter the circumstances.

Latifa says, “It is always a pleasure seeing the successful outcomes when the client is happy from the positive feedback received from our service users, there is nothing that makes my day better than maintain the friendly atmosphere we have here at Nursing Services, teamwork absolutely makes the dream work.”

Sheikha Salum – our remarkable project leader, that seamlessly organises us all to ensure we are always improving in the care we provide. Sheikha has eight years in seamlessly coordinating projects. We cannot do without Sheikha’s input, she’s one of our greatest assets.

Sheikha says, “I take great pleasure in my work, and I am thorough in ensuring effective communication has taken place to ensure we deliver results!”

It is time to raise the morale by getting involved in
DEI at Nursing Services and volunteer as a mentor, taking part in DEI events as a speaker, host, or organiser, or representing Nursing Services at outreach events. Our passion had led us to improving health outcomes and tackle health inequalities. That is why it is our aim to join forces with Social Action for Health – London, a community-based health charity providing services and support to people most affected by health inequalities.

As well as Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSE) to uphold the NHS England committed principle of co-designing national health strategies, citizens, and community partners. VCSE is an important partner for statutory health and social care agencies and plays a key role in improving health, well-being, and care outcomes.
